Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & Delivery
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders for in-stock products are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 3 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, public holidays and Australia Post network conditions.
How will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?
Tracking information may not appear immediately after your order is dispatched. Please allow 1–2 business days for Australia Post to record the first scan. If your tracking still has not updated after 2 business days, please contact us with your order number and we will check the shipment for you.
What should I do if my parcel is delayed or missing?
Please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate the shipment with Australia Post. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist before the order is packed or dispatched, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
Product Issues & After-Sales Support
What should I do if my product arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video where appropriate. Keep the product and its original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Once the issue has been assessed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. Nothing in this FAQ limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of disposable products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or different from its description.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal where available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
